His dedication to get our issue resolved without breaking the bank is remarkable. Even replacing some minor parts of our system without charge. Will I do business with him again? Absolutely. Will I recommend him to others? Highly!!!

  Ernie came out within an hour to diagnose and repair the problem. His prompt service came in clutch, and I'll be going to him again with any of my HVAC needs.

  NEO's HVAC just completed the replacement of the 45 year old forced air system in our home. Ernie is very experienced and thorough. The new equipment is state-of-the-art and his installation was perfect. We'd recommend NEO's HVAC. And by the way, they were always on time, professional and very courteous.

  I don't write reviews hastily. I have been using Neo's for about 3 years now and I will not use any other business for my HVAC needs. Ernie and Neo's does an incredible job, has integrity, reasonable prices and follow up to make sure everything is working okay once the work is complete. INCREDIBLE. After the fires in Altadena, he called me to see if our family was okay and offered to come out and check the HVAC system for free to ensure everything was sound. He did come, he did check and he charged me $0!!!!! If you have HVAC needs, call NEOs. 747-744-7448. You will not be disappointed!!!

  We used Neo's hvac company for a full replacement of our ducts and ac & furnace units. We got a few different quotes and found this one to be reasonable in price. They replaced all the vents and added a new one. We are happy with the result and ready for the summer.

  My AC went out on a sat evening during the hottest weekend of the year is the San Fernando Valley. Temps of 110 for 5 days straight. I called Neo's at 7:20 on Sunday morn and he was there in under an hour and my capacitor was replaced by 7:30. Cold air blowing again before the day started heating up. Ernie was polite, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. We will be using Neo's for maintenance going forward.
